# Connections Overview: Link Your Marketing Data Sources

> Connect Marcenta to your ad platforms, analytics tools, and CRM to bring all your marketing data into one place for unified reporting.

Connections are integrations that pull data from external platforms—ad networks, web analytics tools, and CRM systems—into Marcenta. Once a connection is active, Marcenta syncs your performance data automatically so you can report across all your channels without switching between tabs.

## Manual sync

Marcenta syncs your connections automatically. To trigger an immediate sync:

1. Go to **Connections**.
2. Find the active connection in the **Active Connections** grid.
3. Click **Sync Now**.

<Note>If the **Sync Now** button shows "Sync Unavailable", that source does not yet support on-demand syncing.</Note>

If a sync fails because your session has expired, you'll see the message "Session expired. Reconnect this source from Manage, then try Sync Now again." Open the connection's **Manage** view and re-authorize to restore it.
