Getting to the Billing page
In the left sidebar, click Billing. The page has two tabs: Subscription and LLM Usage.Subscription tab
The Subscription tab shows an overview of your current plan and its details.Current plan card
At the top of the Subscription tab, you’ll see:- Your active plan tier (Launch, Accelerate, or Orbit)
- The features included in your plan (connected sources, AI credits, and more)
- The monthly cost
- Buttons to Manage subscription and Upgrade now (or Change plan)
Subscription details
Below the plan card, a details grid shows:| Field | What it means |

| Current period | The start and end dates of your billing period |

Subscription statuses
active

Your subscription is in good standing and all features are available.
trialing
trialing
You’re in the 5-day free trial period for a paid plan. You won’t be charged until the trial ends.
on_hold
on_hold
A payment attempt failed and the subscription is on hold. You have a 3-day grace period before access is restricted. Go to Manage subscription to update your payment method.
failed

Payment has failed. Like
on_hold, a 3-day grace period applies before API access is restricted. Resolve the payment issue through the customer portal.cancelled

Your subscription has been cancelled. If Cancel at period end was set, access continues until the billing period ends, then the account reverts to Launch.

The subscription period has ended without renewal. Your account is on the Launch plan.
LLM Usage tab
The LLM Usage tab breaks down how your team is consuming AI credits during the current billing period.Usage summary
The summary section shows three columns:- Usage — total credits consumed and your plan tier
- Remaining — credits left and your plan’s credit limit
- Warning — overage credits and a status badge (Healthy, Low remaining, or Over quota)
Credits reset at the start of each new billing period. If you’re approaching your limit, consider upgrading to a higher tier for more credits.
Usage trends
The usage trend chart shows daily credit consumption across the billing period. Hover over any bar to see the exact credit count for that day.Usage breakdown
The breakdown table lists credit consumption by AI action type, including the number of queries run, successful completions, and errors. Actions are sorted by total credits consumed, highest first.How to upgrade your plan

On the Subscription tab, click Upgrade now (or Change plan if you’re already on Accelerate).
Plan upgrades are unavailable when your subscription status is
on_hold or failed. Resolve the payment issue first through Manage subscription.How to update payment information
How to cancel your subscription
Cancellation is set to take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your access continues in full until then. Once the period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Launch plan.
What happens when a payment fails
If a payment fails, Marcenta does not immediately cut off access. Here’s what to expect:- Your subscription status changes to
on_holdorfailed. - You have a 3-day grace period to resolve the issue.
- During this window, your account is fully functional, but plan changes are disabled.
- After 3 days without resolution, API access is restricted until the subscription is brought back to good standing.
