Marcenta offers three plans designed to grow with your team. Every account starts on Launch at no cost. When you’re ready for more connected sources or AI Agents, you can upgrade to Accelerate or Orbit — both include a 5-day free trial so you can evaluate the plan before you’re charged.

Free trial

Paid plans (Accelerate and Orbit) include a 5-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial period is up, your account returns to the Launch plan at no cost.

How to upgrade

1

Open Billing

In the left sidebar, click Billing.
2

Choose a plan

Click Upgrade now (or Change plan if you’re already on a paid tier). You’ll see a side-by-side comparison of all available plans.
3

Select your tier

Click Choose Accelerate or Choose Orbit, depending on your goal.
4

Complete checkout

You’ll be redirected to the checkout page. Enter your payment details and confirm. Your 5-day trial starts immediately after checkout completes.
After a successful checkout, you’ll be redirected back to the Billing page. It may take a moment for your new plan tier to appear while the subscription syncs.

How to downgrade or cancel

You can manage your subscription — including cancellations and payment details — through the customer portal.
1

Open Billing

In the left sidebar, click Billing.
2

Open the customer portal

Click Manage subscription. You’ll be taken to the customer portal.
3

Cancel or change your plan

In the portal, choose to cancel or switch plans. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.
When you cancel, your subscription status shows Cancel at period end: Yes on the Billing page. Access continues until the period ends, then your account reverts to the Launch plan.

What happens if payment fails

If a payment attempt fails, your subscription moves into a hold state. Marcenta gives you a 3-day grace period to resolve the issue before access is restricted.
Your account remains fully functional. You’ll see a billing hold indicator on the Billing page. Plan changes are disabled until the payment issue is resolved.
API access is restricted and certain features stop working until the subscription is brought back to good standing. Your data and settings are preserved.
Go to BillingManage subscription to open the customer portal. Update your payment method there, then retry the payment. Once the payment succeeds, access is restored automatically.
If your account enters a hold state, plan upgrades are temporarily unavailable. Resolve the payment issue first, then return to the Billing page to make plan changes.
