Reports are saved, named analytical views that let you slice and filter marketing data from your connected sources. Unlike dashboards—which are primarily visual and designed for at-a-glance monitoring—reports are structured and tabular, making them the right tool when you need to audit specific metrics, export data for another tool, or share a consistent view with stakeholders.Documentation Index

Create a report
Navigate to Reports
Select Reports in the left sidebar. Existing reports are listed by most recently updated.
Choose your source system
Select the data source you want to analyze: Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, or HubSpot. Only sources your organization has connected are available.
Select metrics and dimensions
Choose one or more metrics (e.g.,
clicks, conversions, spend, sessions) and dimensions (e.g., campaign, channel_group, country, date). The available options update based on the source you selected and the data Marcenta has received from it.Set a date range and filters
Define the date range for the report and optionally add filters to narrow the data to specific campaigns, channels, keywords, or other dimension values. Combine filters with AND or OR logic.
View and filter report data
Open any saved report to see the data table populated with your most recent data for the configured date range. From the report view you can:- Adjust filters — refine the data without permanently changing the saved configuration
- Sort columns — select any column header to sort ascending or descending
- Search reports — use the search field on the Reports list page to find a saved report by title
Export and email report data
From any report, select Email to send the data to up to 10 recipients. The email includes:- A header with the report title, date range, and data sources
- An AI-generated analysis section summarizing key findings
- A data table with up to 25 rows inline; a note indicates if the full dataset has more rows
Mark reports as favorites
Select the star icon next to any report in the Reports list to mark it as a favorite. Favorited reports appear at the top of the list so your most important views are easy to find.Use reports as dashboard tiles
Any saved report can be added to a dashboard as a tile. Open the dashboard, select Add from Report, and choose the report you want to embed. The tile displays the report’s tabular data inline on the dashboard canvas. The report tile on a dashboard reflects the saved report configuration, including its source system, metrics, dimensions, and date range settings.
