This guide gets you from a blank workspace to your first marketing data in Marcenta. You will create an account, connect one data source, and then explore the overview dashboard that gives you a daily briefing on your channel performance.

Before you start

You need access to at least one of the following platforms:
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • HubSpot
You will authorize Marcenta to read data from that platform using OAuth, so make sure you have an account with the appropriate read access.
1

Create your account

Go to app.marcenta.ai/sign-up and enter your email and a password. The sign-up form has two steps:
  1. Account — your email and password
  2. Workspace — your name, company name, and website
After submitting, check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm your address. Once verified, Marcenta creates your workspace and signs you in automatically.
If your company domain is already registered in Marcenta, you will be prompted to join the existing workspace or create a new one. See sign-up for details.
2

Connect a data source

After signing in, go to Connections in the left sidebar. You will see a grid of available data sources.Select the platform you want to connect first — for example, Google Analytics 4:
  1. Click the source card.
  2. You will be redirected to Google’s authorization screen.
  3. Grant Marcenta the requested read permissions.
  4. You are returned to Marcenta with the connection active.
A green banner confirms the connection. Marcenta begins syncing your historical data in the background.
On the Launch plan you can connect one data source. Upgrade to Accelerate for three, or Orbit for unlimited.
You can trigger an immediate sync from the active connection card by clicking Sync Now.
3

Explore the overview dashboard

Navigate to Overview in the left sidebar. The overview page is your daily briefing. It surfaces:
  • Critical issues — metric drops flagged as high or very-high severity that need your attention
  • Opportunities — positive metric movements detected since your last visit
  • Open tasks — tasks sorted by priority and due date
  • Stale connections — any connectors that have not synced recently, with a link to fix them
Each section shows a count and up to three examples. Click any section heading to see the full list.
Anomaly flags appear once Marcenta has enough historical data to establish a baseline — typically within 24–48 hours of your first sync.
