Connections are integrations that pull data from external platforms—ad networks, web analytics tools, and CRM systems—into Marcenta. Once a connection is active, Marcenta syncs your performance data automatically so you can report across all your channels without switching between tabs.

Supported connections

Google Ads

Sync campaign, ad group, and keyword performance including spend, clicks, impressions, and conversions.

Google Analytics 4

Sync sessions, users, events, and conversions from your GA4 property.

Google Search Console

Sync search impressions, clicks, CTR, and average position by keyword and page.

LinkedIn Ads

Sync campaign delivery and professional audience dimensions including job function and seniority.

HubSpot

Sync contacts, deals, pipeline stages, and lead sources from your HubSpot portal.

Coming soon

Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and Pipedrive are on the roadmap and not yet available.

Categories

Connections are grouped into three categories to help you filter and organize them:

CRMHubSpot, Pipedrive (coming soon)

Plan limits

The number of active connections you can maintain depends on your plan:
PlanActive connections
Launch1
Accelerate3
OrbitUnlimited
If you reach your plan’s connection limit, you’ll see a banner on the Connections page. Remove an existing connection or upgrade your plan to add more.
Select Connections from the left sidebar. The page shows two sections:
  • Active — connections that are currently syncing data
  • Available connections — sources you can add, filtered by category
Use the category sidebar on the left to narrow the list, or type in the search box to find a source by name.

Add a new connection

1

Open Connections

Select Connections from the sidebar.
2

Select a source

Click the card for the source you want to connect. Sources marked Coming Soon are not yet available.
3

Authorize access

Each source uses an OAuth flow. You’ll be redirected to the source platform to sign in and grant Marcenta read access. After authorizing, you’ll return to Marcenta automatically.
4

Complete setup

Some sources—Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and LinkedIn Ads—ask you to choose a specific account or property after authorization. Follow the on-screen prompt to finish setup.
You need access to the source account before connecting. For example, connecting Google Ads requires Google Ads manager access with at least one direct child account.

Connection statuses

StatusMeaning
Active / ConnectedThe connection is working and data is syncing normally.
SyncingA sync is currently in progress.
ErrorThe connection encountered a problem during the last sync. Reconnect the source from the Manage view.
PendingThe connection was created but authorization or setup has not been completed yet.

Manual sync

Marcenta syncs your connections automatically. To trigger an immediate sync:
  1. Go to Connections.
  2. Find the active connection in the Active Connections grid.
  3. Click Sync Now.
If the Sync Now button shows “Sync Unavailable”, that source does not yet support on-demand syncing.
If a sync fails because your session has expired, you’ll see the message “Session expired. Reconnect this source from Manage, then try Sync Now again.” Open the connection’s Manage view and re-authorize to restore it.
