Before you connect
Make sure you have:- A Google Ads manager account with at least one direct child (individual) ad account linked to it
- The ability to sign in to that Google account
How to connect
Authorize with Google
Click Connect Google Ads on the setup page. You’ll be redirected to Google to sign in and grant Marcenta read-only access to your campaigns and performance data.
You can connect multiple Google Ads accounts. Each selected child account becomes a separate connection in Marcenta.

Marcenta requests read-only access to your Google Ads campaigns and performance data. No changes can be made to your campaigns through Marcenta.Sync frequency and manual sync
Google Ads data syncs automatically. To trigger a sync immediately:- Go to Connections.
- Find the Google Ads connection in the Active Connections grid.
- Click Sync Now.

Connection shows an error status
An error status usually means your Google session has expired. Open the connection’s Manage view and click Reconnect to sign in again. Once reconnected, click Sync Now to resume data collection.
No accounts appear during setup
No accounts appear during setup
This typically means the Google account you authorized is not linked to a manager account with child accounts. Sign in with the Google account that has manager access, or ask your Google Ads administrator to grant you manager-level access.
Sync Now shows 'Session expired'

Your Google session has expired. Go to the connection’s Manage view, sign in again, and then try Sync Now.
Data looks incomplete
Data looks incomplete
Confirm the correct child accounts are selected. Navigate to Connections, open the Google Ads connection via Manage, and verify which accounts are linked. You can reconnect to re-select accounts if needed.
